Strain Gauge Measurement Telemetry Systems

We offer two systems at present the first is an 8 channel system 3,000 Samples /Second and 12 bit resolution based on our fibre optic system. The second is a Radio telemetry system with 4 channels and 1750 Samples /Second with 8 bit resolution to 1250 Samples /Second with 12 bit resolution

In both systems the gain and offset can be set during manufacture. The output is either analogue, 0-5 v or 0-10 v for both systems or can be a digital output.

Both systems have been designed for very harsh mechanical and electrical environments and allow precision measurements to be made in areas of high electrical interference, or in remote locations.
All channels are sampled synchronously.
Both Strain Gauge Measurement Systems in one small box with either a fibre optic output to one of our standard Fibre Optic Receiver units via a single fibre optic cable, or Radio output to one of our radio receivers.
Physical size :- 114 x 65 x 30 mm (140 x 65 x 30 mm in flanged box)
The standard units have:

1, 2, 4, or 8 (Fibre Optic only) Channels of Analogue signals with a gain accuracy of ±1%.
Plus 3 Bits Digital Outputs
All signal inputs have over voltage, transient, and reverse polarity protection.
Power inputs have transient and reverse polarity protection.
Customised units can be programmed for customers requiring a mix of analogue and digital signals to be transmitted.
