Analogue Single Channel Fibre Optic System

Our Analogue Fibre Optic Transmitter and Receiver are used where Galvanic isolation is required for high voltage applications and where Ground Loops and low voltage potentials can cause errors in sensitive equipment.
The Analogue Single Channel System is compatible with the Dymec 5600 Series of Fibre Optic Transmitters and Receivers.
The Hand held calibrator receives light from the fibre optic and interprets the frequency of the modulated light to show the equivalent input voltage. The Calibrator is a digital instrument with an accuracy better than +/- 0.1% and a resolution of 1 mV. The Calibrator displays the expected receiver output in volts when the frequency is in the specified range, or the frequency of the light when this is outside of the range
160 kHz to 240 kHz. 
Battery voltage is displayed at switch on and the unit automatically switches off after 2 minutes.
There is a low battery voltage warning.
A back light is provided for use at night
